Paula has over 30 years recruitment experience, of which 20 years have been in the motor trade. She started her career in Gauteng, where she worked for Select Motor Recruitment before moving to Cape Town and opening Astor Motor Recruitment in 2015. Paula is a supportive and visionary woman, who thrives on innovation, passion, dedication, and hard work. With her unwavering determination and resilience, she strives to shatter stereotypes, continuously proving there is no barrier to success. Sam joined Astor Motor Recruitment in 2022 as a Research Assistant and quickly progressed to Candidate Consultant. Her bubbly personality and her commitment to helping the underdog makes her one of a kind. Sam's background has always been people focused and her short stint in the Motor Industry prepared her for her current role. Sam handles candidate sourcing, interviewing, reference checks and general correspondence.

Bianca comes from an Administration and Customer Service background at Nampak and Mekaish Traffic Fine Management. She joined Astor Motor Recruitment in 2017 as a Candidate Consultant up until 2022. Her strong administrative skills and creative flare has made her perfect for the newly created Marketing & Social Media Manager Role. Bianca handles Marketing, Social Media, and Adhoc Administration.
