An upmarket and stylish motor dealership is seeking a seasoned and eloquent Service Advisor to join their highly collaborative team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and will work closely with Technicians to manage service appointments, address customer concerns, and ensure a seamless and efficient service experience tailored to individual needs. The ideal Service Advisor will have at least 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor within a luxury dealership environment, possess the ability to quickly and effectively acquire product knowledge, demonstrate exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, be well-presented and well-spoken, exhibit strong teamwork abilities, maintain a high level of customer focus, show passion for the role, and remain dedicated to consistently promoting an upmarket business image.
Job Requirements.
Matric Certificate
A Technical qualification (Advantageous)
A valid Drivers License and own transport
Must have at least 2 years of Service Advisor experience in a franchised premium brand motor dealership
Above average customer service, problem solving and team player skills
Exceptionally well groomed and presented
Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
Have a clear understanding of Workshop Service Advisor duties
Have working knowledge of a DMS
A stable work history
