This is a unique and challenging role with a respected, upmarket dealership. We are looking for an experienced Accounts Clerk and Workshop Administrator to assist the Financial Manager in day-to-day tasks. You will be doing Debtors, Creditors, handling and processing bank statements, petty cash, and cash book, as well as assisting with workshop costing and job cards. We are looking for a versatile and detail orientated person who is willing to jump in and help where needed. THIS IS A FAST PACED AND EVER-CHANGING ENVIRONMENT. Previous experience in motor dealership accounts is ESSENTIAL. Working knowledge of Pinnacle would be a big advantage; otherwise, Evolve, Autoline or similar will be acceptable.
Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A Financial Diploma or Degree (beneficial)
A valid Drivers License
At least 3 years of Accounts experience in a franchised motor dealership
Working knowledge of Pinnacle or similar DMS
Highly Organised
Must be resilient, able to multitask effectively, and take initiative.
Good command of the English Language
Stable work history
