*THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE*

We’re looking for a sharp, energetic Admin Assistant to be the go-to person at the hub of a busy Motor Group. To apply, you must have at least 1 year of recent dealership experience, a valid drivers license, intelligence, enthusiasm, and strong attention to detail and accuracy. You must be comfortable navigating dealership systems and tech, have excellent time management skills, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Your duties will include, but are not limited to keeping the dealership admin engine running smoothly by providing day-to-day support to the team, assisting with vehicle invoices, stock sheets, and deal files, preparing, scanning, filing, and maintaining both electronic and physical documentation with precision, capturing and updating data on the DMS and Excel, helping with licensing and registration paperwork, preparing basic reports and spreadsheets as needed, being the go-to person for admin support across the team, and providing switchboard relief. This team really appreciates someone who values culture, gets things done, and enjoys being part of a lively, driven environment.

Job Requirements

Matric Certificate

A valid Drivers License

1 year of administrative experience in a franchised dealership

Computer literate; Working knowledge of a DMS and Excel

Fully fluent in English & Afrikaans

Above average admin skills and teamwork abilities

Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment

Reliable transport
