Assistant F & I Business Manager
***THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE***
We are seeking a motivated Assistant F&I to join a busy dealership with a wide variety of vehicles and financing products. As the Assistant F&I, you will support the Finance & Insurance Managers in facilitating vehicle financing, insurance, and warranty products for dealership customers. This role includes administrative support, direct customer interaction, and ensuring compliance with dealership and financial institution procedures. You will play a key role in ensuring every customer’s sales-finance journey is seamless and professional. To apply, you will need to be newly qualified F&I or provide proof that you are close to obtaining F&I qualifications. Proven experience in a franchised dealership, working under supervision, strong administrative and organisational skills, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, attention to detail and accuracy in processing documentation, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information are all required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is expected, and experience with dealership management software is a plus. You must be customer-focused, proactive, and able to work well in a team environment. Fluent in English & Afrikaans, both verbal and written
Good computer skills and ability to pick up new pc programs quickly
A general understanding of F & I duties in a franchised motor dealership
