 Who we’re looking for:

Red Seal Qualified Motor Technician with at least 2 years of experience in a motor dealership or recognised workshop.

Automatic gearbox expert (This is non-negotiable and will be tested in an interview)

Fast, accurate, and efficient, with the ability to chase hours (target: 200hrs/month).

Well spoken and well-groomed

Tech-savvy with current working knowledge of Launch/Autel diagnostic tools.

Comfortable working on both new vehicles and older models.

Must be able to commute to the Brackenfell area daily.

 What you’ll be doing:

Diagnosing and repairing automatic gearboxes on a wide range of vehicles.

Using modern diagnostic tools to pinpoint problems quickly and accurately.

Ensuring vehicles are repaired efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Communicating effectively with customers and team members about vehicle issues and solutions.

Job Requirements

South African Citizen

Must be a Fully Qualified Motor Vehicle Technician
A valid Drivers License

2 or more years of working experience

Automatic gearbox expertise

Analytical skills and problem-solving ability

Attention to detail and time management skills

Solid knowledge of fault finding and diagnostic machines (Launch/Autel diagnostic tools)

Fluent in both English & Afrikaans

A stable work history
