We’re looking for a switched-on, hands-on Branch Manager who’s great with detail, thrives under pressure, and knows how to juggle a busy workload. If you enjoy fast-paced days, leading a team, and making sure customers always get the best service, this could be a great fit for you. To be considered, you’ll need to have a Matric, a valid South African drivers licence, and at least 3 years of experience running a car rental branch, a solid understanding of how the car rental industry works, including the paperwork and processes, great English skills (spoken and written) a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service, experience managing petty cash and keeping an eye on expenses is important, as well as a working knowledge of rental and fleet management systems. At least 3 years of RECENT Car Rental Branch Management experience
Excellent leadership and customer service skills
A good financial Acumen
Computer Literate
Strong command of the English Language (Verbal & Written)
Must be extremely well groomed
Must be able to work shifts/ work flexible hours
