Our client, a well-established popular volume brand motor dealership, is looking for an experienced CRM and Bookings Clerk. You will be responsible for managing all incoming bookings, upselling (Must be able to increase bookings), additional services and ensuring efficient workshop production. In addition to these duties, you will also be required to make outgoing calls to existing customers, notifying them of various marketing campaigns for the Service Department. It is ESSENTIAL that you have at least 2-3 years of RECENT Bookings experience within a franchised motor dealership, with a stable work history and contactable references.
Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
2-3 Years RECENT Bookings experience within a franchised high volume brand dealership
Excellent people and telephone skills
Well groomed and professionally presented
Working knowledge of Evolve and IAL
Ability to upsell – You will need to increase the bookings by more than 50%
