A high-volume brand dealership is looking for a resilient and exceptionally hard-working Car Sales Executive to join their powerhouse sales team. You’ll be stepping into a fast-paced, highly competitive environment. Sales Executives in this team are currently averaging 5–7 units per month; you’ll need the grit, skill, and determination to outperform. For this very popular dealership, we’re searching for a Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in a franchised dealership. Cross selling is a major advantage; you’ll need to thrive under pressure, be up to date on market and sales trends, and understand the core fundamentals of the trade inside and out. The ideal Sales Executive will bring more than just experience, but have the personality, tenacity, and ambition that sets top performers apart, combined with the selling skills and a proven track record to back it up.

Job Requirements

Matric Certificate.

A valid Drivers License.

2 or more years of new or used car sales experience in a franchised motor dealership (Cross Selling experience is preferred)

A genuine passion for vehicle sales and a dealership environment.

Strong customer service, sales and marketing skills.

Fully bilingual. (English & Afrikaans)

Good online presence for marketing purposes.

A clear understanding of the vehicle sales process in a franchised dealership.

Ability to cope in a high pressure and competitive environment. 

Ability to provide 3 recent months commission sheets.

Contactable references.

A stable work history.
