An exciting opportunity has opened for a dynamic, forward-thinking Dealer Principal to lead a high-volume, multi-franchised dealership hub based in the East Rand. This is not a traditional DP role. The dealership operates at pace, represents well-positioned, high-demand brands, and requires a leader who is agile, energetic, and commercially sharp. We are looking for a modern automotive leader — someone who understands today’s market, embraces change, and can adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Full operational and financial management of the dealership
- Driving sales performance across multiple brands
- Overseeing the management of Parts and Workshop
- Leading, motivating, and developing a diverse team
- Adapting quickly to market changes and business needs
- Implementing modern sales and operational strategies
- Ensuring strong customer engagement and service delivery
- Managing budgets, profitability, and overall performance
Requirements
- Proven experience in a franchised motor dealership environment
- Currently a Dealer Principal with a strong Sales background
- Strong commercial acumen and performance-driven mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Agile, adaptable, and solutions-focused
- Stable work history and proven track record
- Valid driver’s licence
