We’re looking for a vibey, well-organised Events Manager to bring our automotive events and brand experiences to life. This role is all about creating memorable moments — from vehicle launches and showroom events to activations that drive excitement, foot traffic, and sales. You will be responsible for planning and delivering a range of automotive events and activations, including vehicle launches, showroom events, test drive days, promotions, and off-site activations. This includes coordinating event logistics, suppliers, OEM approvals, and timelines from start to finish, while ensuring all events and materials meet OEM and group corporate identity and branding standards. You’ll also manage and roll out branded CI materials and event assets, own and maintain the annual marketing and events calendar in alignment with sales campaigns, OEM initiatives, and vehicle launches, and work closely with Sales, After Sales, Marketing, and Dealer Management teams to ensure smooth execution. To apply for this role, you’ll need a minimum of 3 years of experience in events, activations, or marketing (with automotive or dealership experience being a strong advantage), along with a solid understanding of corporate motor dealership OEM identity standards and compliance processes. A qualification in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field is required, as well as strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with confidence. Flexibility to work occasional weekends or extended hours when events require it is essential. If you love planning, coordinating, and seeing events come together seamlessly, this could be the perfect role for you.
