Our client, representing one of South Africa’s most trusted and proudly homegrown automotive brands, is seeking a skilled and accredited F&I Business Manager to join their energetic team. On their behalf, we are looking for a confident professional who knows how to strike the perfect balance between compliance and commercial drive. You’ll oversee both new and pre-owned vehicle sales operations, with a strong emphasis on APUs, so a sharp business mindset and natural sales flair are essential. To apply, you’ll need to be a fully accredited F&I with proof of certification, have a minimum of 2 years of F&I experience in a franchised dealership environment, you should be able to work independently, be well-versed in all financial and insurance procedures, and be capable of managing your role with precision and integrity. The ideal candidate is someone who values teamwork, delivers exceptional customer service, and contributes meaningfully to the dealership’s profitability.

Job Requirements

Matric Certificate

Fully qualified F&I Business Manager, with current CPD hours.

RE and NCA Accredited

A Valid Drivers License

At least 2 years of F&I experience in a franchised motor dealership

Working knowledge of Signio, Seriti or similar and a DMS.

Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to think on your feet.

A stable work history with reliable and contactable references.

Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with a positive, energetic demeanour.
