Our client, a large, high-volume dealership backed by one of South Africa’s most respected motor groups, is in need of a driven and experienced Used Vehicle F&I to join their powerhouse team. We’re looking for a confident person who can perfectly balance compliance with commercial performance, someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You’ll take charge of the pre-owned vehicle sales finance deals, with a sharp business sense and a natural sales flair. To apply, you must be a fully accredited F&I with at least 2 years of dealership experience with a focus on used vehicles, have an excellent understanding of financial and insurance processes, and be able to work both independently and collaboratively and bring integrity, precision, and a strong sense of teamwork.
Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
Fully qualified F&I Business Manager, with current CPD hours.
RE and NCA Accredited
A Valid Drivers License
At least 2 years of F&I experience in a motor dealership
Working knowledge of Signio, Seriti or similar and a DMS.
Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to think on your feet.
A stable work history with reliable and contactable references.
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with a positive, energetic demeanour.
