One of South Africa’s more popular and exciting vehicle brands is looking for a dynamic F&I Business Manager to join their Hatfield dealership. Known for its blend of innovation, style, and everyday reliability, this brand continues to set trends in both new and used markets, and now you can be part of it. In this role, you’ll be responsible for structuring finance deals, guiding customers through tailored financial solutions, and ensuring all compliance requirements are fully met. You’ll work across both new and used vehicle sales, supporting the sales team while delivering a seamless customer experience. So to apply, you will need: 3 years of experience as a fully qualified F&I in a franchised dealership, up-to-date F&I Compliance, have a Confident, professional, and detail-oriented approach, and have a passion for customer service and financial accuracy.
Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
Fully qualified F&I Business Manager, with current CPD hours.
RE and NCA Accredited
A Valid Drivers License
At least 3 years of F&I experience in a franchised motor dealership
Working knowledge of Signio, Seriti or similar and a DMS.
Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to think on your feet.
A stable work history with reliable and contactable references.
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with a positive, energetic demeanour.
