A highly respected brand, recognised as a dominant force in the budget and entry-level vehicle market, is looking to appoint an accomplished F&I Business Manager at their Southern Suburbs dealership. This role calls for a professional who is confident, adaptable, and able to deliver exceptional results while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. You will oversee both the new and pre-owned sales floors, ensuring seamless financial structuring and compliance. Proven experience within a high-volume franchised dealership is essential. We require a fully qualified F&I with current credentials, capable of working independently and understands the unique needs and expectations of budget and entry-level clientele.
Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
Fully qualified F&I Business Manager, with current CPD hours.
RE and NCA Accredited
A Valid Drivers License
At least 2 years of F&I experience in a volume brand franchised motor dealership
Working knowledge of Signio, Seriti or similar and a DMS.
Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to think on your feet.
A stable work history with reliable and contactable references.
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with a positive, energetic demeanour.
