Join a growing motor group at a stylish, forward-thinking dealership that’s set for big things. We’re looking for a qualified and experienced F&I Business Manager who can run with the role, work independently, and make both customers and Sales Executives feel like royalty. In this position, you’ll be driving VAP sales across cash and finance deals, boosting APU, and delivering strong second gross results. To apply for this position, you must have at least 3 years of experience as a fully qualified F&I in a franchised dealership, up-to-date F&I Compliance, and a proven track record of success. We’re after someone with plenty of energy, a real passion for performance, and the ability to work well with the team, all backed up by solid references.
Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
Fully qualified F&I Business Manager, with current CPD hours.
RE and NCA Accredited
A Valid Drivers License
At least 3 years of F&I experience in a franchised motor dealership
Working knowledge of Signio, Seriti or similar and a DMS.
Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to think on your feet.
A stable work history with reliable and contactable references.
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with a positive, energetic demeanour.
