A highly respected brand and a dominant force in luxury and sophistication is seeking an accomplished F&I Business Manager to join their upmarket dealership, renowned for its exclusive, high-end clientele. In this role, you will oversee both new and pre-owned sales floors, ensuring seamless financial structuring, full compliance, and a premium client experience. We are looking for a fully qualified F&I with current credentials, with 3 years of experience within a premium dealership, someone who can work independently, thrives in a refined environment, and understands the unique expectations of a discerning, upmarket clientele. This position requires a confident and adaptable professional who can deliver exceptional results while upholding the highest standards of customer service.
Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
Fully qualified F&I Business Manager, with current CPD hours.
RE and NCA Accredited
A Valid Drivers License
At least 3 years of F&I experience in a franchised motor dealership
Working knowledge of Signio, Seriti or similar and a DMS.
Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to think on your feet.
A stable work history with reliable and contactable references.
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with a positive, energetic demeanour.
