Seeking a qualified F&I professional with a consistent track record of achieving targets and high CSI scores to manage finance and insurance operations for new and used vehicles in a busy dealership. The ideal candidate excels at deal structuring, profitability, compliance, and builds strong client and financier relationships while delivering excellent service under regulatory requirements. 

Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
Up-to date CPD hours and compliant
Valid Driver’s License
Valid FAIS accreditation (RE5 essential)
Relevant F & I/ NCA/ FAIS qualifications
Fully Bilingual (Afrikaans & English)
Proven experience as a Finance and insurance Business Manager within a franchised dealership
Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills
Clear criminal record and sober habits.
