Our client, representing brands synonymous with stylish everyday mobility, rugged utility and dependability, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance & Insurance Manager to join a dynamic dealership. You will support the Senior F&I Manager in achieving finance penetration and profitability targets as well as delivering professional and customer-focused handover experience. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual who has just qualified and needs to work under supervision.

Job Requirements

Matric Certificate

Previous experience in automotive sales, administration, or F&I support (advantageous)

Basic understanding of vehicle finance and insurance products

Full F&I Qualifications – still needing to work under supervision

Strong numerical, administrative, and organisational skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Valid driver’s license

Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to think on your feet.

A stable work history with reliable and contactable references.
