To apply for this role, you’ll need a solid understanding of franchised dealership Service Advisor duties, excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude and working knowledge of a DMS. We’re looking for someone with a positive, can-do personality and plenty of oomph to learn, grow, and shine. Job Requirements.
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
Must have at least 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor or at least 2 years as a Bookings Clerk in a franchised motor dealership
Above average customer service skills
Exceptionally well groomed, presented and articulate
Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
Have a clear understanding of Workshop Service Advisor duties
Have working knowledge of a DMS (IAL and Pinnacle are preferred)
A stable work history
Contactable references
