***THIS POSITION REQUIRES MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE***
We are looking for a highly organised and dependable Key Controller to join an extremely busy, high-tech dealership. This is a critical role, and you must be able to start immediately. As a Key Controller, you will manage and control all vehicle keys while maintaining an accurate key register and tracking system. You’ll issue and receive vehicle keys efficiently, ensure keys are stored according to dealership policy, coordinate vehicle movements across departments, report lost or missing keys immediately to management, support the sales and service teams with vehicle-related administration, and maintain strict security and confidentiality regarding vehicle access. To apply, you will need at least 1 year of similar experience in a busy dealership, a Code 8 drivers license, be fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans, and have working knowledge of Excel and Keyloop/CDK/Kerridge. Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
1 year of key control or experience in a franchised dealership
Computer literate; Working knowledge of Excel and Keyloop/CDK/Kerridge.
Fully fluent in English & Afrikaans
Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and organised
Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment
Reliable transport
