Our client, a thriving high-volume dealership with a strong reputation and loyal customer base, is seeking a sharp and influential Administration Manager to take charge of their admin department. We are looking for an Administration Manager who has 3 years of experience in a franchised motor dealership, who has solid understanding of motor industry processes and compliance requirements, strong leadership and organisational skills, an exceptional eye for detail, and the ability to meet deadlines with confidence and proficiency in Kerridge, CDK, Keyloop or similar, as you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day functions of the admin department, overseeing vehicle invoicing, deal files, stock control, and licensing processes, etc, you will also ensure full compliance with financial, manufacturer, and internal audit requirements while managing staff performance, training, and workflow. Regular collaboration with the Dealer Principal, accountants, and department heads will be essential to maintaining smooth dealership operations. Above all, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of administrators who will look to you for guidance, support, and a leadership style that integrates seamlessly into this dealership’s dynamic and people-driven culture.
Job Requirements
Matric Certificate.
A valid Drivers License.
3+ years of Administration Management or experience in a franchised motor dealership. (Essential)
Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
Experience working on Keyloop or a similar DMS
A hands-on approach to day-to-day operations.
Great leadership skills.
