***THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE***

A forward-thinking, rapidly growing Motor Group in Cape Town is looking for a Dealership Administrator to be the shining star of the team. You’ll manage everything from opening deal files, reconciling credit cards, cash payments, and vehicle debtors, to handling fuel accounts, e-wallets, and vehicle clearances from SAPS, and you’ll also support the DP and Sales Management with any admin that keeps the dealership running like clockwork. We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a franchised motor dealership, who has experience with the above-mentioned duties, who has working knowledge of Keyloop and IAL or a similar DMS, who is naturally organised, thrives on keeping things in order, and brings energy and enthusiasm to every task. Job Requirements.
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License and own transport
Must have at least 2 years of Admin experience in a franchised dealership.

Above average admin, problem solving and organisational skills
Exceptionally well groomed and presented
Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
Have knowledge of NATIS docs and vehicle clearance with SAPS
Have working knowledge of Keyloop and IAL or a similar DMS
A stable work history
