***THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE***

 Our client is looking for a tough and durable Brand Manager to lead their dealership, representing a durable brand with an impressive line-up of SUVs and bakkies. In this role, you’ll take charge of the full sales operation, from creating and rolling out sales strategies to keeping an eye on market trends, competitor activity, and driving creative marketing initiatives, guiding and supporting the sales team to ensure targets are met, managing inventory and budgets, handling sales reporting for both the dealership and manufacturer, and be the go-to face of the brand. To be considered for this rewarding opportunity, you’ll need at least 3 years of managerial experience in a franchised motor dealership, strong leadership and people skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, fluency in Afrikaans and English, and a solid understanding of market shifts with a customer-first approach.

Job Requirements 

Matric Certificate

A Valid Drivers License

At least 3 years of Sales Management experience in a franchised motor dealership

Good understanding of market trends and adjusting strategies accordingly

A strong business acumen

Outstanding leadership skills

Be an innovative thinker and have a customer-first approach.

Fluent in English and Afrikaans

A good social media presence for marketing and networking purposes

Proven track record

A stable work history
