This isn’t just about answering phones; it’s about connecting with customers, upselling with confidence, and passing on hot, qualified leads to the dealership sales teams. You’ll be the voice behind the brand, handling inbound calls from all advertised leads across the group’s Cape Town dealerships. Your job is to engage customers, qualify their needs, upsell where possible, and then hand the lead over to the right Sales Executive to close the deal. To apply, you must have at least 1 year of inbound call centre sales experience, a valid driver’s license (non-negotiable for all employees), and a clear, confident speaking voice. A strong command of both English and Afrikaans is essential, and most importantly, you’ll bring a sparkling personality that makes people want to buy from you. Job Requirements

Matric Certificate

A valid Drivers License

1 year of inbound call centre sales experience

Excellent telephone etiquette ( A strong command of both English and Afrikaans is essential)

Must have good sales ability
