At the helm of an extremely busy call centre that services all dealerships across Cape Town, you’ll take charge of managing, inspiring, and energising a team of agents to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results. From setting targets and monitoring KPIs to rolling out smart strategies, you’ll ensure the call centre keeps firing on all cylinders. But that’s not all, this role is about keeping customers and dealership staff smiling, streamlining processes, and making sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine. You’ll collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to deliver service excellence, use your sharp analytical mind to turn data into winning strategies, and build a positive culture where your team feels motivated, supported, and ready to achieve. To apply you must have at least 3 years of experience as a Call Centre Manager in a high-volume environment, with Motor Industry experience being a strong advantage, have strong leadership skills, the ability to coach, inspire, and motivate a diverse team, bring a passion for turning stats into strategy, fluency in both English and Afrikaans, and the confidence to work closely with dealership leadership with professionalism and grace. Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
Minimum 3 years of recent experience as a Call Centre Manager in a high-volume environment(Motor Industry experience being a strong advantage)
Strong leadership skills
Fluency in both English and Afrikaans
