We’re looking for a Customer Service Agent to join an exceptional, busy, and vibey team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring every enquiry receives outstanding care and attention. In this role, you will be a valuable asset to the dealership, following up on customer leads from social media, walk-ins, phone-ins, advertising, and events. You will assist customers who have already expressed interest in a vehicle by providing information on the vehicle range, including specifications and pricing, and your ultimate goal will be to book customers into the dealership to meet with the sales team. You will also follow up with recent purchasers and workshop clients to explore vehicle upgrades, while promoting the dealership in every call and interaction, building lasting customer relationships. Accurate record-keeping is essential, and you will maintain and update the leads system using Excel. To apply, you must have a valid drivers license and at least 1 year of experience in an outbound call centre or telephonic customer service role. You must be extremely customer-focused with a professional telephone manner, bilingual in English and Afrikaans, proficient in Excel, and able to learn new computer systems with ease.
