A busy dealership hub is looking for a skilled Recon Clerk to manage the full reconditioning process across several of their dealerships. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the recon process, including arranging vehicles in and out of workshops, panel beaters, valet services, and more. You'll handle the sourcing and processing of quotes for repairs and enhancements, track progress to ensure deadlines are met, liaise with suppliers, service teams, and management, and maintain accurate records and cost reports for every recon. You’ll need at least 2 years of recon experience within a franchised motor dealership, you must be highly organised, have strong communication skills, and bring a proactive attitude with exceptional attention to detail, have the ability to handle pressure, juggle multiple tasks, and maintain efficiency, have a solid understanding of the used vehicle recon process and have working knowledge of Keyloop, Kerridge, CDK, or ADP. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in ensuring every vehicle is showroom-ready and retail-perfect.

A valid Drivers License

2 years of recon experience within a franchised motor dealership

Good administration skills

Working knowledge of Keyloop, Kerridge, CDK, or ADP
