***THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE***

Our client, based in the heart of Lenasia, is looking for a Service Advisor who will be the trusted voice of their customers. This role is all about advising, guiding, and delivering top-class service — from initial booking right through to vehicle handover. The ideal candidate will bring strong customer service skills, a professional approach, and a genuine passion for the motor industry. Technical knowledge and working knowledge of Keyloop/Drive will be a definite advantage, as will previous experience representing and upholding the standards within a multi-franchised environment.

Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Driver’s License
Fully Bilingual (Afrikaans & English)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position within a dealership

Knowledge of Keyloopor Drive is an advantage
A stable work history
Reliable and contactable references
