***THIS POSITION REQUIRES MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE***

A small but thriving light commercial vehicle dealership, proudly part of a large and dynamic motor group, is on the lookout for a Stock & Key Controller to join the team. This dual-role position calls for a sharp, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment. In this role, you’ll be responsible for invoicing, managing the floorplan, maintaining accurate stock records, monitor vehicle movements, liaise closely with the sales and admin teams to ensure deal accuracy, track deliveries and vehicle registrations, and compile detailed stock and sales reports for management, you’ll also take full ownership of managing all dealership vehicle keys, ensuring every key is accurately tagged, tracked, and accounted for, maintain up-to-date stock location records and oversee the smooth flow of vehicles in and out of the showroom and workshop. The ideal person for this role is well-spoken and organised, physically fit and meets these minimum requirements: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within a franchised motor dealership, excellent administrative, communication, computer, and organisational skills, working knowledge of Excel, Keyloop/CDK/Kerridge, is fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans and hold a valid C1 or Code 8 Drivers License.

Working knowledge of Excel, Keyloop/CDK/Kerridge

Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)

Physically fit and able to work outdoors if needed
