This Fast-Growing Independent Motor Group with a portfolio of exciting, fast-selling brands is on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Events Co-Ordinator to take ownership of all events across their group. This is a mid to senior-level role for someone who can juggle multiple brands, think creatively under pressure and execute flawlessly in a fast-paced motor retail environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the driving force behind all group events, including (but not limited to):

• Planning, coordinating and executing events for up to 9 motor brands
• Shopping centre activations and vehicle displays
• Sports and lifestyle events
• In-dealership launches, promotions and customer days
• Brand activations and experiential marketing initiatives
• Managing multiple events simultaneously and adapting quickly to last-minute changes
• Bringing fresh, innovative event concepts to the table that stand out in the motor trade
• Coordinating suppliers, venues, branding, logistics and timelines
• Ensuring every event aligns with brand identity and delivers real impact

• Willingness to work flexible hours when events demand it
