Are you a high-energy, success-driven leader with a strong background in the panel shop industry? We are seeking a Panel Shop Manager to take ownership of a well-established, family-owned business, leading a team and ensuring smooth, efficient operations. In this role, you will oversee a team of 12-15 staff members, manage daily workshop operations, and handle large corporate accounts while maintaining strong client relationships. You will be responsible for utilising Audatex and Vantage for accurate assessments and job costing, driving production efficiency, and implementing process improvements. Ensuring compliance with OHS standards and managing basic HR/IR functions will also be key responsibilities. Additionally, this position requires complete trustworthiness, as you will take full accountability when the owners are away. To be successful, you must have experience in a panel beating or spray painting environment and possess both technical and administrative expertise to manage full panel shop operations. Job Requirements
A valid Drivers License
Panel shop Management/Supervisor experience – You must have management or supervising experience in a reputable/REM Approved panel beating/spray painting environment
Technical & administrative strength – You understand the full operations of a panel shop
