Are you an up-and-coming Parts Manager with a knack for building strong relationships and keeping things running like a well-oiled machine? If you’ve got hands-on experience and a passion for the automotive industry, we want to hear from you! We’re looking for a Dealership Parts Manager who’s ready to make their mark in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our client's parts department operates smoothly, keeping both customers and team members happy. You'll be overseeing the day-to-day operations of the parts department, ensuring efficiency and excellent service, leading a team of dedicated parts professionals while fostering a positive and motivated work environment. You will also manage inventory control, order processing, and supplier relationships – ensuring the right parts are available when needed, keeping a close eye on KPIs and sales targets, driving the department to meet and exceed goals.
Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
1 year of RECENT Parts Management experience in a franchised motor dealership
Working knowledge of Keyloop/Drive/CDK/Kerridge and IAL or similar
Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
A hands-on approach.
People-oriented
3 months commission sheets (MUST be sent with CV)
A stable and continuous work history
