*THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE*

We’re looking for a qualified motor technician with a minimum of 2 years of on-the-bench experience in a franchised dealership environment, ideally within a premium brand dealership, someone who thrives on working with advanced engineering, cutting-edge diagnostics, and vehicles designed to be driven, not just fixed. To apply, you must bring a Trade Certificate, proven hands-on bench experience, and ideally some exposure to premium or luxury vehicles. You should have strong diagnostic ability, confidence with advanced systems, and take pride in your work, attention to detail, and respect for the badge you work on. This is not a role for shortcuts or second guesses; it’s for a Technician who understands that true performance lives in the details. You’ll be joining a brand where precision matters, standards are high, and excellence is non-negotiable.

Job Requirements

South African Citizen

Motor Mechanics Certificate (Fully Qualified)

A valid Drivers License and own transport

At least 2 years of RECENT Motor Vehicle Technician experience in franchised dealership (Premium/Luxury Brand preferred)

Experience working on Petrol, Diesel and Hybrid engines

Good understanding of diagnostics

Well-groomed and presented

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Computer Literate

Have a clear understanding of the duties, responsibilities, and professional etiquette expected of a Technician

A solid track record

A stable and gapless work history
