We’re looking for a fluent Afrikaans-speaking Service Advisor with hands-on experience, who is a diligent, friendly, and well-spoken individual who can connect with customers and the workshop team, and keep the workshop running smoothly. To apply, you’ll need a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a busy franchised motor dealership, and working knowledge of current DMS, Pinnacle experience is preferred. Ideally, this position is for someone who knows bakkies, understands their owners, and can act as a strong bridge between customer and dealership, delivering service that’s trusted and reliable.
Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License and own transport
Be technically inclined or have Technical Training (Highly advantageous)
Must have at least 2 years of Service Advisor experience in a franchised motor dealership
Above average customer service skills
Exceptionally well groomed, presented and articulate
English and Afrikaans are a must – written and verbal
Working knowledge of a DMS – Pinnacle is preferred
Have a clear understanding of Workshop Service Advisor duties
