An independent and extremely well-established repair centre, specialising in a luxury and iconic brand, is seeking a skilled and professional Service Advisor to join their expert workshop team. We are looking for a well-presented and articulate individual who thrives in an environment with the smell of grease and oil in the air, but a space full of passion, precision, and purpose. To be considered, you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a corporate environment, have strong communication skills, as the role requires seamless coordination between customers, technicians, and suppliers to ensure a smooth workflow and high-end service delivery. You should be technically inclined, confident handling busy mornings, managing 10 to 15 vehicles daily, plus carry-overs, capable of sourcing parts independently, as there is no on-site parts department and be proficient in Sage. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the industry’s most iconic brands.

Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License

Be technically inclined or have Technical Training (Highly advantageous)
Must have at least 2 years of Service Advisor experience in a franchised motor dealership
Above average customer service skills
Exceptionally well groomed, presented and articulate
Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
Have a clear understanding of Workshop Service Advisor duties

Ability to source Parts
Have working knowledge of Sage
A stable work history
