Our distinguished client, a premier luxury motorcycle brand, is in search of an organised, knowledgeable and passionate Service Advisor to join their team. You’ll be part of a friendly, professional environment where teamwork matters, and every customer interaction is handled with care and confidence. In this role, you’ll help ensure riders leave feeling informed, looked after, and excited to get back on the road. To apply, you’ll need at least 2 years of Service Advisor experience within a franchised motor dealership, along with solid working knowledge of a Dealer Management System. You should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, able to juggle priorities while remaining calm, professional, and efficient. If you understand customers, thrive on big-city pace, and share a genuine passion for motorcycles and rider culture, this could be an excellent fit for you.
Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License and own transport ( Code A is highly desirable | Code B is ESSENTIAL)
Be technically inclined or have Technical Training (Highly advantageous)
Must have at least 2 years of Service Advisor experience in a franchised motor dealership
Above average customer service skills
Exceptionally well groomed, presented and articulate
Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
Working knowledge of a DMS
Have a clear understanding of Workshop Service Advisor duties
A stable work history
