We are seeking a highly customer-focused Service Advisor with proven experience in excelling within a fast-paced dealership environment. The ideal candidate will be professional, well-organised, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service while driving workshop efficiency and profitability.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-volume workshop where your ability to build strong client relationships, effectively coordinate workflow, confidently upsell services, and contribute to overall workshop performance will be highly valued.

Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
Valid Driver’s License
Fully Bilingual (Afrikaans & English)
Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a franchised dealership
Strong technical understanding of vehicle servicing and repairs
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Computer literate with dealership management systems experience (Keyloop, Evolve etc)
Clear criminal record and sober habits.
