*THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE*

We are seeking an experienced Multibrand Service Advisor to join a well-established and expanding motor group that is actively growing its Service Department, a group that values professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence, while offering stability and room for continued growth within the business.  To apply you will need to have a positive and polished approach, a minimum of  2 years of Service Advisor experience in a high-volume or multi-brand dealership, must be confident managing a busy daily workload, communicating effectively with customers and workshop staff, and ensuring service processes run smoothly and efficiently, this all requires strong organisational skills and a structured, methodical approach to work.  Working knowledge of Keyloop and IAL is required, and candidates residing in or around the Western Atlantic Seaboard area will be preferred.

Job Requirements.
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License and own transport
Must have at least 2 years of Service Advisor experience in a franchised high-volume or multi-brand dealership.

Above average customer service, problem solving and organisational skills
Exceptionally well groomed and presented
Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
Have a clear understanding of franchised dealership Service Advisor duties
Have working knowledge of Keyloop and IAL or a similar DMS
A stable work history
