In this role, you’ll work closely with senior management while taking full ownership of the workshop and frontline staff, ensuring maximum productivity, profitability, and efficiency. A minimum of 3 years of Service Manager experience in a high-volume franchised dealership is essential, along with a stable career history, contactable references, and the ability to connect with and meet the needs of budget-conscious and entry-level customers.

3 recent years of Service Management experience in a high-volume franchised motor dealership
Excellent leadership and customer service skills
Above average business acumen
Working knowledge of Evolve (Essential)
Fluency in English & Afrikaans (both verbal and written)
Stable work history
