We are looking for a Used Car Sales Manager who is ready to lead the way in innovation and performance. This role is based at a big, busy, high-volume dealership, where you’ll be responsible for managing and inspiring a large sales team that has the freedom to cross-sell. You’ll take ownership of a 45-unit sales target, and then exceed it, all while bringing in fresh ideas and new possibilities to elevate sales strategies by driving digital marketing and online sales innovation to connect with modern customers and ensure our dealership stays ahead of the curve. To apply, you’ll need at least 3+ years of Used Car Sales Management experience in a franchised motor dealership, the ability to lead by example and get involved in the action, and strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Afrikaans. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with energy, vision, and a proven track record of success.
