***THIS POSITION REQUIRES MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE***
An upmarket used car dealership that’s all about great cars, great service, and great people is looking for a vibrant, organised all-rounder to join their dynamic team. You’ll be the glue that holds everything together, ensuring the day-to-day operations run seamlessly by keeping paperwork to payments up to date, licensing, invoicing, and filing, supporting the sales and finance teams with day-to-day operational needs, liaising with customers, suppliers, and team members, maintaining systems and records with precision and jumping in wherever needed. To apply, you’ll need at least 1 year of administration experience within a motor dealership environment, working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Kerridge, CDK, Keyloop, or similar, have strong organisational skills, a friendly, can-do attitude and the ability to multitask like a pro and a polished and professional approach, both in presentation and communication.

A valid Drivers License
Must have at least 2 years of Stock Control experience in a dealership environment
Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
Excellent admin, organisational and multitasking skills
Working knowledge of Kerridge, CDK, Keyloop, or a similar DMS.
