A popular motor dealership is growing, and they’re doing it for a good reason: business is booming! They’re looking for a proactive and organised Vehicle Invoicing Admin Assistant to join their busy team. This is a junior-level role, ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced dealership environment. You’ll play a vital support role by assisting with stock control, invoicing a high volume of vehicles, handling reconciliations and settlements, and taking care of a range of essential administrative tasks. It’s a great opportunity to learn from more experienced team members while making a meaningful contribution behind the scenes. To be considered, you must have previous motor dealership experience, knowledge of vehicle invoicing (particularly high volumes), reconciliations, and settlements, excellent admin skills, attention to detail, and a proactive nature. Working knowledge of Keyloop, CDK & IAL is non-negotiable, as is a valid drivers license.
