*THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE*

A high-volume franchised dealership with substantial vehicle stock is seeking an experienced Stock Controller to join their team. This is a practical, high-pressure position where you will take full ownership of vehicle stock management, including conducting physical stock counts, overseeing key control, tracking and managing stock movement, arranging fuel orders, loading new vehicles onto the system, verifying mileage and reporting discrepancies to management, following up on outstanding invoices, and recovering unreconciled costs. A minimum of 1 year of stock control experience within a franchised motor dealership is required. Proficiency in Keyloop, CDK, or a similar DMS is essential. In this role, you will contribute to ensuring customers start their next motoring journey with confidence, supported by service that reflects the high energy pace of the showroom.

1 year of Stock Control experience in a franchised motor dealership  

Working knowledge of Keyloop/Drive/CDK

Fully fluent in English & Afrikaans

Great communication and teamwork abilities

Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment
