An opportunity exists for a Junior Vehicle Stock Controller to join a multi-franchise motor group that is widely recognised as a leader in the industry, with a high-trust reputation, 5-star ratings, and an established footprint. This group continues to grow its impressive empire and is looking for someone who is eager to grow with it. In this role, you will liaise closely with the sales and admin teams to ensure the accuracy of vehicle registrations, while compiling detailed stock and sales reports for management, you will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date stock location records and overseeing the smooth flow of vehicles in and out of the showroom and workshop; this includes physically checking vehicles; tyres, rims, bumpers, and overall condition, conducting physical stock counts, and verifying VIN numbers to ensure all records are accurate. The ideal candidate is well-spoken, Afrikaans and English speaking, highly organised, and physically fit, with a hands-on approach to their work. You should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role within a franchised motor dealership, along with strong administrative, communication, computer, and organisational skills. A solid working knowledge of Excel is essential, and Keyloop/CDK/Kerridge is a bonus.
