*THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE*
A well-established and ever-growing dealership is seeking a multibrand Warranty Clerk with excellent analytical and time management skills, and a natural talent for collaborative work, to join their Cape Town hub. You will be responsible for managing warranty paperwork, maintaining records, and liaising with OEMs to ensure prompt reimbursement for warranty services, as well as maintaining the trust and satisfaction of customers by ensuring they receive the benefits of their warranties. Working knowledge of CDK/Keyloop (or similar) and the ability to handle over 7 brands, and a minimum of 30 vehicles daily, plus carryovers, are all essential.
Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
At least 3 years of Warranty experience within a multibrand franchised motor dealership.
Excellent knowledge of warranty procedure and claims
Working knowledge of CDK/Keyloop (or similar)
Well-spoken and presented
Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
Ability to build good relationships with OEMs and suppliers.
