We are seeking an experienced Workshop Foreman with a genuine passion for luxury German vehicles. Our client represents more than just a car brand; it is a symbol of luxury, long-term reliability, and premium performance, highly respected by both private owners and institutional buyers across Botswana. The ideal candidate will be qualified in Certified Maintenance Training and bring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a luxury brand franchised motor dealership.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead the workshop team to ensure efficient and high-quality service
Manage workshop operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow
Ensure compliance with standards and procedures
Provide technical guidance and support to technicians
Maintain a safe and organized working environment
Salary Package
The package for this role includes a basic salary of P25,000 (negotiable) (≈ R30,000) housing allowance of P10,000 (≈ R11,000). Additional benefits include gratuity, a cell phone allowance, a company car for both work and personal use, a CSI bonus and a performance incentive. Relocation costs are fully covered for you and your family, with all necessary permits handled by the company, including schooling support for up to two children.
Job Requirements
Certified Maintenance Training (Mercedes-Benz is highly desirable)
A valid Drivers License
A valid Passport
3+years of experience in a franchised motor dealership
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent technical knowledge
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Must be willing to relocate with family to Botswana
