A fast-growing, well-known Motor Group is looking for a hands-on Workshop Foreman to strengthen their expanding Service Department. This is a multi-brand dealership representing vehicles built for reliability, toughness, and real-world conditions. In this role, you won’t be stuck behind a desk all day. You’ll be in the workshop, setting the pace, keeping quality high, and making sure jobs are done right the first time. You’ll guide and support the team, manage workflow, and keep standards tight, while still delivering the level of service customers expect from a top dealership. This opportunity suits a Qualified Motor Vehicle Technician with at least 3 years of experience as a Foreman or Team Leader in a franchised passenger and light commercial dealership. You should be comfortable using workshop systems and computers, with experience on CDK/Keyloop and IAL being a strong advantage, enjoy leading a team, and want to grow with a business that’s going places.

Job Requirements

Motor Mechanics Certificate

A valid Drivers License

3 years of Foreman/Team Leader experience in a franchised motor dealership (Passenger & light commercial vehicles)

Must be computer literate - experience on CDK/Keyloop and IAL being a strong advantage

Strong leadership and communication skills

Excellent technical knowledge

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
